WindowsAzure will support Debian
Some of you may know "WindowsAzure", Microsoft's cloud platform. It supports Virtual Machine, and Ubuntu, SUSE/openSUSE, CentOS is provided as its image.
Some time ago, I heard Azure doesn't support Debian it's because "There is a contact address in that community" - from Microsoft cloud computing and web services evangelist, via Twitter. Then, I asked "Does anyone have such information or already contact with them?" to debian-private ML, and all of them said "No." ;-)
Our proud project leader, Zack have worked to contact Microsoft and succeed. And now, we're working on making "Windows Azure Linux Agent" package (see debian-cloud).
